مطالعۀ زمینه‌های اجتماعی آموزش آنلاین

چکیده

آموزش آنلاین حاصل پیوند میان آموزش و فناوری و یکی از محورهای اصلی تحول جامعه و آموزش محسوب می‌شود. در راستای این تحول، پرسش اساسی این است که شکل‌گیری آموزش آنلاین در بستر پلتفرم‌های آموزشی، مستلزم وجود چه شرایط اجتماعی‌ای است و چه راهبردهایی را طلب می‌کند؟
برای پاسخگویی به این پرسش، از روش‌شناسی کیفی و رویکرد نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد. جامعۀ هدف، معلمان و مدرسان شهر یزد بودند که با نمونه‌گیری نظری و هدفمند، 15 نفر آن‌ها برای اخذ مصاحبۀ عمیق انتخاب شدند. فرایند نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق تا مرحلۀ اشباع اطلاعات ادامه یافت؛ به شکلی که مصاحبۀ جدید تأثیری در پیشبرد نظریۀ نهایی نداشت.
داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده در این تحقیق در سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند. این تحلیل‌ها با تکیه بر چارچوب مفهومی جامعه‌شناسانه صورت گرفت و نتایج آن در قالب 16 مقولۀ اصلی و یک مقولۀ هسته به همراه مدل پارادایمی خط داستان ارائه شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که «سازمان‌دهی هدفمند آموزش آنلاین» به‌عنوان پدیدۀ مرکزی به دنبال مجموعه‌ای از عواملی مانند تمرکززدایی مکانی و زمانی از آموزش، کنش هدفمند آموزشی افراد، سرمایه‌گذاری روی معلمان، سن‌محوری آموزش آنلاین، تکثر منابع عرضه و تقاضای آموزشی، مدیریت خصوصی اپ‌های آموزشی و پذیرش زمانمند آموزش آنلاین به همراه مجموعه‌ای از عوامل زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر ایجاد می‌شود.
اجرای هدفمند آموزش آنلاین نیازمند راهبردهایی مانند خلاقیت و ارتباط در آموزش و رقابت آموزشی آنلاین است که نتایجی مانند تمرکززدایی در آموزش، تکامل‌یافتن آموزش و نامحدودیت در آموزش آنلاین را به دنبال دارد. خط داستان و مدل پارادایمی درک بهتری از نتایج به‌دست می‌دهند.

چکیده [English]

Online education is the link between education and technology and is considered one of the main axes of the transformation of society and education. The fundamental question of this research is: What social conditions and strategies does the formation of online education in the context of educational platforms require?
The methodology of this research is qualitative and grounded theory. The target group consisted of teachers from Yazd city (Iran), of whom 15 were selected for in-depth interviews through theoretical and targeted sampling. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Based on the model of Strauss and Corbin, the data collected was analyzed in three stages: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding.
The research findings were presented in 15 main categories and 1 core category. The results indicate that the “purposeful organization of online education” is a central phenomenon that is influenced by a variety of factors, including age-oriented online education, purposeful action of individuals in the field of education, a diverse array of resources for the supply and demand of education, as well as a number of contextual and intervention factors.
This form of education necessitates strategies such as creativity and communication in education and online education competition, leading to decentralization in education and unboundedness in online education
