تغییرات بنیادین در نهاد خانواده و فردیت فرانهادگر

چکیده

خانواده عنصر اصلی و ستون بنیادین نظام اجتماعی در اسلام و زیست‌بوم فرهنگی-تاریخی ایران است. با وجود این خانواده در ایران تحت تأثیر تغییرات بسیار زیادی است که به‌لحاظ کمیت و کیفیت، ساختار خانواده و فرایندهای آن را متحول کرده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی درک و فهم زنان و مردان از تغییرات خانواده است.
مطالعۀ حاضر با رویکرد کیفی انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها به روش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 26 نفر جمع‌آوری و تحلیل مضمون شدند.
یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مشارکت‌کنندگان تغییرات بنیادینی را در نهاد خانواده احساس می­کنند. پنج محور اصلی این تغییرات عبارت‌اند از: پادارزش حاد، وارونگی جنسیتی نقش، گسیختگی انتظارات و ارتباطات، والدگری نابسند و چارچوب‌گریزی جنسی. در نقشۀ مضمونی تحقیق، مضمون پایه عبارت است از «فردیت فرانهادگرا» که به شرایطی از تلاطم و گسیختگی در ساختار خانواده به‌لحاظ مفهومی و در برساخت اجتماعی اشاره دارد.
مطابق نتایج، مضامین یکدیگر را بازتولید کرده و همۀ مضامین به بازتولید فرانهادگرایی فردگرا کمک می‌کنند. خانواده نسبت به ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای فرهنگی و تاریخی در یک شرایط گذار تغییر به‌سمت ارزش‌های مدرن قرار گرفته است. درک و فهم این موضوع از سوی سیاست‌گذاران اجتماعی و فرهنگی، یک بایستۀ مهم به‌نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده [English]

The family is the main element and the fundamental pillar of society in Islam and the cultural-historical ecosystem of Iran, despite the existence of this family in Iran, it is affected by many changes that transform the family structure and its processes in terms of quantity and quality. It is crucial to investigate these alterations at this juncture. The aim of the current research is to investigate the comprehension of both men and women regarding family changes.
The present study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by semi-structured interview with 26 people and analysed thematically.
The findings show that the participants feel fundamental changes in the family institution. The five main axes of these changes are: sexual framing, vulgar manual parenting, gender role inversion, breakdown of expectations and communication, and acute undervaluation. "Indeterminate transition" is the central theme of the exploratory map of the research, which denotes a state of conceptual and social constructional turbulence and rupture within the family structure. It implies that participants possess a reflexive comprehension of the functions of the family.
According to the results, themes reproduce each other and all themes help to reproduce individualistic institutionalism. the family is in a highly perilous transition situation in comparison to cultural and historical values and norms. The comprehension of this issue by social and cultural policy makers appears to be a critical prerequisite.
