Abstract

In order to contribute to the field of social justice, social harm has been taken into account. However, some of the social actions of the activists (employers) disrupt the operation of this organization, the social organization, which is the largest human support strategy in Iran, continues to adhere to its instructions in an organized manner. Insurance is a significant concern in the modern Iranian society, as it has a significant impact on the social system, as well as the security and economic well-being of the population.
The current issue is examined from the perspective of 11 employers and insurance companies through semi-structured interviews. The output is obtained, coded in MAXQDA software, and the primary category is determined. The research method is qualitative. The library method and document review have been employed for Ashraf and literature and theoretical foundations.
The analysis of the categories obtained indicates that the act of averting insurance is effectively reinforced by personal and moral, political and bureaucratic, prevailing conditions in the work environment, economic, and social conditions.
The findings indicate that a sense of distrust in the social solution system and the act of insurance evasion is ultimately induced by factors such as poor management, lack of transparency in social actions, poor administration, unstable job security, informality and lack of transparency in the payment of insurance policies by employers, informal payment, and lack of documented documents from the employer.
