The theoretical and conceptual framework of research extracted based on theories of Almond and Verba, Pye, Inglehart, Elazar and Rosenboum, and especially Tessler and Gao, and hypotheses were formulated so on. This study was carried out in a quantitative method, and the data was collected by the field approach and by questionnaire technique that its validity and reliability was confirmed in the field. The population statistics consisted of all people both men and women aged 15-74 residing in different localities of the Sanandaj whom 485 persons were selected as sample and by combined methods. The results shows that the political culture of the social generations of the Sanandaj is changing from confined political culture to other political cultures, especially democratic political culture, and this trend is accelerated by assuming resolve many issues and structural barriers facing younger generations and increasing their active participation in socio-economic and political backgrounds. According to the results, the adult generation are more representative of the confined political culture, but youth generation with the representation of democratic political culture have demonstrated a mixture of indifferent and pragmatic cultures more than intermediate generations that is not consistent with theoretical expectations. Finally, the variables of study have explained the change and difference of the political culture of generations to a large extent, and the results of the study were highly enjoyed theoretical and empirical support. هدف این مقاله، بررسی روند دگرگونی فرهنگ سیاسی نسل‌های اجتماعی شهر سنندج است. مدل نظری و مفهومی پژوهش حاضر، بر مبنای کارهای آلموند و وربا، پای، اینگلهارت، الازار و روزنبام و تسلر و گائو ارائه شده است. همچنین این مطالعه به روش کمی صورت گرفته و داده‌ها با تکنیک پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته گردآوری شده است. جامعة آماری شامل افراد 15-74 سالة ساکن محله‌های مختلف شهر اعم از زن و مرد است که 485 نفر آنان به روش‌های نمونه‌گیری ترکیبی انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد فرهنگ سیاسی نسل‌های اجتماعی شهر سنندج در حال دگرگونی از فرهنگ سیاسی محدود به دیگر فرهنگ‌های سیاسی از جمله دموکراتیک است. این روند با فرض رفع بسیاری از موانع ساختاری فراروی نسل‌های جوان‌تر و افزایش مشارکت‌های فعال آنان در زمینه‌های اجتماعی-اقتصادی و سیاسی تسریع می‌‌شود. همچنین نسل‌های بزرگ‌سال بیشتر بازنمای فرهنگ سیاسی محدود هستند، اما جوانان در کنار بازنمایی فرهنگ سیاسی دموکراتیک، بیش از نسل‌های میانی فرهنگ‌های بی‌اعتنا و عملگرا را بروز داده‌اند که مطابق با خواسته‌های تئوریک نیست. متغیرهای این مطالعه، دگرگونی و تفاوت فرهنگ سیاسی نسل‌ها را تا حد زیادی توضیح داده است. نتایج نیز پشتوانة نظری و تجربی دارد. https://jisr.ut.ac.ir/article_74883_50642438323393a4a3333d68c4a49b15.pdf
